Wow what a session.
The Kitesurfing comp was going on further up the coast between Central &
South Pier so drive past that to have a quick nosy and then went for a sail
from Starr Gate.
Qucikly got onto the water and conditions looked great. 25 knots on shore
and about 20 other kiters out. The wind direction was perfect for some
lovely long runs all the way down to St. Annes and then upto South Pier,
did a few of those and then stayed close to Starr Gate messing around
amongst the 20 or so other kiters. Had to come in a couple of times to pump
the kite up as I've still got a slight leak in the LE bladder which made it
hard work coping in all ready gusty conditons.
Tom was out and about getting some massive Air.
Out for a solid 3 hours so gonna sleep well tonight.
In all top conditions, top sesh.
